Description：High pressure common rail electronically controlled diesel engine fuel injection system is consists of electronic fuel injector, high-pressure fuel injection pump, common rail pipe, ECU and all kinds of sensors. The common rail fuel injection system will replace traditional fuel injection system in the long term.
High pressure common rail electronically controlled diesel engine fuel injection system is consists of electronic fuel injector, high-pressure fuel injection pump, common rail pipe, ECU and all kinds of sensors. Electronic fuel injector is the most critical and complex part of the system which consists of nozzle matching parts, control piston, armature part, fuel injector part and electromagnet etc. According to the ECU transmit electrical signals will be of high pressure common rail fuel with the best injection timing, injection quantity, injection rate and injection spray state in the engine combustion chamber. It is mainly used for trucks, coach and light commercial vehicles etc, compare to traditional fuel injector and nozzle, it was qualitative changed in the consumption, noise reduction, emissions reduction, increase comfort etc. The common rail fuel injection system will replace traditional fuel injection system in the long term.
